Why I like English classes

1. You can skip them without fear.

    no catching up afterward.

2. Teachers rarely take attendance. [that's for those who care for their academic record]

seriously, if you've got an english techer who insists on calling names every time, run to administration and beg them to let you drop ... that's so NOT typically english teacher....

3. Assignments do not need preparation beforehand.

well, essays, you wouldn't be able to prepare fo them even if you wanted to.

4. You can not be penalized for you opinions.

even the biased ones, as long as you are writing them down in a manner which allows others to follow your thoughts of great value...yah, let them gain insights from a reading of your beautifully composed bullsh*t.

5. I get to make myself look deep before a group of people who happened to be in the same class.

hence the birth of the perky-looking aphorism, after an otherwise quite boring brainstorming session: Innocence goes unnoticed unless it has been lost, thus there exists no such thing as innocence, only its loss.

duh.... I know I can be quite obnoxious sometimes, but that's before we get to spend some quality time together. Then, if fate blows a favorable wind, you will get to know me and be able to tell the pretention from the real thing beneath.

When I think of other reasons, I will add them with the forementionned ones.

Actually, I am not even going to think about this anymore, so just forget it.
